Don't Expect This Often....

So, I got some computer time! Yeah! So, I have been in New York for three days, and I'm kinda bored. The rest of the family doesn't starting rolling in till tomorrow, so it's been me and my brothers and sister all here by ourselves, minus my uncle, but he moved in here. Not much going on, I just thought I would give you guys an update, prove I am still living. Well that's it.

Away Message

So, today is the day. I leave for New York later tonight and will be gone till the 6th. I know, thats forever. This means that I will most likely not be posting till I get back. Gasp I know, what will you all do? I don't know, so go find another blog to read, or go back to old post? Maybe make a blog of your own in the mean time. 

Back to the trip. I still have yet to finish packing, and I don't think I have enough room for all the clothes I'm gonna bring. I don't think I'm gonna have enough days to wear all the clothes I'm bringing! Oh well, I will make room. I might need another bag.....

A Day at the Zoo

So today we all ventured to the zoo. It took us close to an hour to get there, with the amount of times we got lost and had to turn around, then it took us another hour to get home, as we drove through DC, trying to find our way to New York Avenue. The zoo was pretty fun. I got to see the pandas! Oh and tigers, and lions, and bears, oh my! Ha. So Paulina is sleeping over again. Lots of fun to be had.

AP World Work Attempt #1

So, after yesterday's burning I decided to stay home and unfry. I figured it would be the perfect time to start my AP homework, which is basically an essay. I got the first paragraph done. What an accomplishment. I figure I'll get back to it later tonight and just right the rest of it, but it's so annoying, Its a DBQ essay from an AP text, and about the Han and Roman Empires and their attitudes toward technology, something I know nothing about. I want to get it done before I go to New York, so there's the rest of tonight, and tomorrow since I will need to pack thursday, then leave thursday night. My skin really hurts, so I think its time for more aloe.

Over Priced Dippin' Dots and Dirty Water

All present at Six Flags America, where we ventured to today. We we got there, the buy one get one free offer we thought would apply to over tickets, but it didn't, so Erin ended up having to pay an extra 123 dollars for us to get in. Then when Erin took her bag through security they said you can't bring food into the park so she had to go back to the car and put all the food back into the car, then spend over 60 bucks on food inside the park. Then we went on the Teacups. I hate the Teacups, with a passion, but Shannon loves them so we got stuck going on, and I almost puked. Then we went on the Penguin Blizzard ride twice and Erin almost puked. So we got food, went on the River Rapids ride, and then went on the Bumper cars. Me and Shannon rode in the same car and she kept trying to drive, so we ended up going in a circle for like 2 minutes. So after we exhausted ourselves at the regular park, we went to the water park, which was the best part. Me and James went on the Tornado Tunnel thing, which is this tube that drops you into a huge funnel basically and you slide from one side to the other. His facial expression were priceless, because by the time we got up he said he was scared, which was expected, but I got him on the ride, and in the tube he was the one who was facing the drop. I was backwards, so when he saw it his entire face just dropped into fear, and we started screaming, but once the drop was over and we were in the funnel, we started laughing, and by the time we were out of the ride we were cracking up. It was awesome. Overall it was a good day, except the part where I didn't put on any sunscreen, and am now suffering from a major case of sunburn. Time to go aloe up.

Ms Fix It

So, I decided I was getting annoyed with my stupid computer, so I tried to fix it. I didn't know what was wrong, just that the screen wasn't working, so I checked to make sure all the plugs were in, which they were. So I then proceeded to check the menu button, and randomly selected one, and BAMM! the computer was back! So, I really don't know what I did but I fixed it!

So today we did more work on the garage, and we cleaned out the shed so we can more my dads stuff into the shed from the garage, and make it into my room. I'm really excited, just not so thrilled about the cleaning process.

Sleepovers Make Me Sleepy

So last night was definately a sleepover to remember. Lots of ice cream, laughs, and no sleep, which the best ones are. So, we didn't go to sleep til 3:30, and then we woke up at 10 when Krista and Shannon proceded to leave. Then I went back to sleep and didn't wake up til 12:30. So yeah. Today consisted of me getting my hair cut, and going out to Borders to get one of my books for AP Lang. Not much. Our computer isn't working, so I'm on my mom's computer. Well, thats all I have to say....

The Jonas Brothers Are Amazing

So tonight is Camp Rock, and even though I already saw it, thanks to Verizon On Demand, I am still really excited. Paulina is sleeping over, ugh and so is Krista. Don't get me started on that. But any who, tonight will be awesome. 

So today we went down to Annapolis Harbor, which is always fun, and we saw a team of bicyclist who raced across America. And they were from Britain. What a way to cross the pond! They rode over 3000 miles from California to Annapolis. I would never, ever be able to do something like that, nonstop riding for days, weeks even. Just too much.  So after that we went into the little mall they have there, and then to the coolest book store I have ever seen. All the books were on sale, and there were some really interesting books there. I could have stayed there for hours but we had to leave. I think it would be awesome to own a book store. That is something I would defiantly go into, owning my own book store....

Day at the Beach

We went to the beach today. Very relaxing. It wasn't too hot, so it was more enjoyable. I attempted getting a tan, but all I got was a sun burnt face, and random splotches of burn on my elbow and chest, so not very successful. But overall it was a fun day at the beach. Tomorrow were gonna go the harbor, then the pool, so nothing excited. Chilling as always.

Cute Skirts Make My Day

So, we went to the mall today and I got the cutest skirt for the Jonas Brothers Concert at H&M. Its a bright blue mini skirt and it is adorable. I'm gonna wear it with my Horton Hears a Who shirt. Cute! Well, I am going to go do something. Probably think about the concert.

My Own Room

I have been sharing a room with my sister since she was born. She's 17 month younger than me. I have shared a room my entire life. But now, I am finally getting my own room! We are going to redo the garage into two new rooms. A chill space for my dad, and my own 13 by 13 room! AHHHHHHH! I am really excited. We started cleaning out the garage last night, and boy is it a mess. Well, at least we will have something to do over the summer!

Wild Night

Happy Fathers Day....

So, today I really didn't do anything. Helped clean up the house for my dad, but that's about it. We never really go overboard for Father's day, but with four kids, and now like 16 father's days, it's kinda lost its meaning, but it is still dad's day, so we eat what he wants and do as he asks, without complaints, for one day. Paulina might be sleeping over tonight, that should be interesting, other than that, today has been pretty chill. Oh, last night I started my AP Bio sumer work, which I really had to think about. The biggest chunk is multiple choice questions, but there not straight forward, you have to think about them. But I got the 1st chapter done. Now I just have the outlines, the other 3 chapters, the 4 essays, and the project. And thats only Biology. I still have World history and AP Lang. Lots to do.

Relax and Enjoy the Fumes

So, as a treat to my sister, my mom took me and my sisters to go get manicures/pedicures. How relaxing.  The pedicure chair was awesome, especially on the roller setting. Now my nails are a bright blue, I never really liked my nail in a natural color, and my mom is down another 100 dollars. What else is new?

Lord it's Hot

Okay, so my room is the only room in my house with out the AC working. It's throughly annoying. So, I'm really hot right now. And the sun burn I got yesterday is actually a lot more spread out then just my face. My shoulders and my upper back got burned as well my chest. So my skin feels weird. My feet are getting tan though. Thats the only part of my that is though. Darn my pale Irish complexion.

Sleepy.

So last night Shannon's friend Krista slept over and I didn't go to bed till after midnight, so I didn't wake up till 12. But I knew my dad was going to be coming home for lunch, so I had to get up and then proceed to get all my other brothers and sisters up so we could go to the pool when Dad got home. So basically, I woke up, and then an hour later I was at the pool, until 5. So I'm kinda tired. I have been sleep deprived, but hey, that's what summer is for.

I Think I am Obsessed.......

So, last night I spent the night at Paulina's house, and the topic of discussion was the Jonas Brothers. We read through her magazine, dedicated to them, then took out all the posters and but them up on her wall, while listening to their CD. Then we called the Jo Bro hot line thing and left a really stupid message, that we laughed through, so it was kinda hard to even hear what we were saying. This leads me to conclusion that we have a problem. Oh well, there are adorable.

Day at the Pool

So today I was forced to take my brother and sister to the pool with me. Not how I intended on spending my first but, it was fun none-the-less. The pool closed early though, so we had to come home and now I am just dealing with the most annoying guy in the world who keeps texting me. Ugh so frustrating, but I am not going to bother you all with the details, it will most likely make me seem like a bitch, but what ever. I have to go out to dinner tonight to celebrate my sisters birthday, so I must go get ready.

I am a Junior

Today was my official last day being a sophomore. From here on out, I shall refer to myself as a Junior. It's weird to think that I only have two years left, but I also can't wait to get them over with! I got a 86 on my chemistry final. Thank the lord. I got a 70 on my spanish final, which isn't too bad. I would have hoped for higher, but I have an A in that class, which is all that matters. I learned a lot in that class, but I am SO glad it's over. I have A's in all my other classes, so my GPA for my sophomore year is 4.13. So far so good, I have had a final average of all A's (4.0 and 4.13) all through high school. Next year will be the challenge. But now, it is time to get lazy, to not have to worry about school, to try and not get sun burnt, and to enjoy this summer, cause by next year, I am gonna need it.

Today was so hot!!! It was 98 degrees out today and it's only June! My lord. THis week is supposed to be really really hot. Not fun. My hair hates the heat. It gets really frizzy in hot weather, especially if I sweating. Not fun. Well, tomorrow is my last day of 10th grade. Yeah! I have two finals though, which I know I am going to fail. Lots to look forward to.

Chill Day

My entire left arm hurts. My shoulder hurts, and has hurt all day. There is a huge, green, deep, painful bruise on my arm from when the window feel on me, and today has been rather boring. I woke up at nine, on a saturday, which is unheard of for me. I took a 45 minute nap, which would have been longer if James didn't wake me up, just because he saw a hot air ballon. Completely pointless. The sky looks really cool though, all the different layers of clouds, with the drifting sunlight. Really pretty.

Guys in Bathing Suits are HOT!

So there is this guy at my pool who is drop dead gorgeous. He looks like Teddy Geiger but tanner and he doesn't have green eyes. He is the hottest boy I have ever seen. And he goes to my pool. So, consequently, I get to see him without a shirt on! Ahhh I love summertime at the pool. 

Today was particularly gay. I didn't make it into Madrigals, and I have to go to school monday to take my chemistry final and my spanish final. Not fun. Today was also locker clean out day so I had to carry all my crap around with me. Not fun. When I got home, I went to the pool with Paulina, which was better, but overall, today was just weird. Except for second period English. That was a ton of fun. We took a ton of pictures on everyone's camera. Good times man. I am gonna miss that class.

Everything is Screwed Up Now

The storms from last night got us a day off of school, but now my finals are all screwed up and I will most likely have to go to school on monday. Not cool. And it's not even storming right now. UGH!!!!! Whatever school is almost over! Yeah

Thunder! Lightening! The Way You Love Me It's Frightening!

Whenever I say thunder, I think of that song, and sing it. Right now the sky is falling from the sky? Does that make sense. We just had like a 10 minute, really strong thunder storm, which knocked the AC out of my parents window, and proceeded to cause the window to fall out on me, while I was the only one home. Not fun. The thunder was so strong it sounded like the sky was literally shattering and the universe was collapsing in on us. Pretty loud shit. 

Today I took my final in Alg 2 and Gov. I got an 88 on the final in math, which kinda makes me mad, but I have an A in the class, and that's all that matters. The government final was really easy, and I easily aced that. I did ace my choir final, I got a 98, which is pretty awesome. I only got two wrong. Tomorrow is the unpleasant finals. Chemistry and Spanish. If you have avidly been reading this blog, you know I HATE my spanish class, and it's really hard for me. I'm really worried about that final. I am also not looking forward the chemistry final, but, because of the extra credit, I now have a 96 in the class, and class rank 1, so I just need to pass with like a C, hopefully I'll get a A or B, but I really only need a C to get an A in that class. Thank god. Well, I really should get to studying.

Bored In Class

So, I had the rest of my choir final today, and know it's over, so me and Aiyana skipped the rest of the class and know I'm in Mrs. Maxwells room listen to one of my least favorite people and one of my good guy friends girlfriend try and work a saxophone. Boring I know. I started reading New Moon, and It's been good so far.

I need to get my yearbook, but now there like 90 freaking dollars! Stupid fuckers. Oh well, I want one, I'll just ask my mom for thirty bucks, since I have 60 dollars. Oh well.

New Windows Are Problematic.

My mom has been dying to get new windows, and thats what she's spending her surplus check on. So they are coming tomorrow to do the windows, and we have to move everything away from the windows. This creates major problems for me since my desk, which is now clean but normally a mess, is in front of the windows, and the computer is too, so I have to uproot my entire room for fucking windows. This agitates me throughly. So as I am writing this, my computer is two feet into the middle of my tiny room and my desk is completely bare, minus my iHome, which I need to wake up. There are two laundry baskets next to my bed, filled with my crap and we have yet to move my desk into the middle of my extremely small space, so I'm kinda mad. 

Next week is the last week of school. Thank the lord! This year haas actually been a really good year for me, I've done so many things I would never do normally. I went to DC for a week to learn more about law and what I want to do with my life, I went to fucking Hawaii which is just amazing. I stepped out of my comfort zone and ran for class president, and gracefully lost. Lol. I sang a song, on stage, by myself, for the first time in god knows when, so this year has been pretty amazing. School was hard, but I still managed to keep up my straight A's, minus Vakahria's B in the first quarter, but I worked my ass off on everything else, and I plan to have to work even harder next year, but this year has been pretty good, overall. Now it's time for summer!
